Account and Data Deletion

Your progress is tied to an anonymous record created on your device. You can delete that record and everything attached to it at any time.
Deleting from the app
The quickest route:
- Open the game.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes:
- Your anonymous user record.
- Completed levels and game progress.
- Your gem balance and gem transaction history.
Requesting by email
If you cannot access the app, write to destek@tomx.co to request deletion. We complete requests within 30 days.
Please note
Deletion cannot be undone. Because the account is anonymous, there is no way to restore deleted progress.
