The service

Tomx offers the app free of charge. The app is supported by advertising.

We may change or remove game content, levels and features without prior notice.

In-game currency

Gems are a virtual currency used only inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred and are not refundable.

If you delete your account or uninstall the app, any accumulated gems are lost.

Unacceptable use

While using the app, you must not:

• Reverse engineer, modify or copy the game.
• Play using automated tools or manipulate game data.
• Artificially inflate ad impressions.
• Send requests that place an unreasonable load on our servers.

Intellectual property

The name, artwork, audio and software of the game belong to us. They may not be reproduced or distributed beyond personal use.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
